Dr Upeksha De Silva is a Vascular and Endovascular surgeon. She is the Clinical Director of Surgical Services at the Sydney Adventist Hospital which is the largest private hospital in Sydney. She is the past Chair of NSW RACS as well as the Chair of the Women in Surgery Committee at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS). She is a RACS Councillor and is the incoming Chair of the Prevocational and Skills Education Committee.
