I am a newly qualified FRACS general surgeon currently undertaking a breast surgery fellowship at Northern Health in Melbourne. I have a particular interest in surgical education, flexible training pathways, and workforce sustainability, and I contribute to teaching through the University of Melbourne. This work aligns with broader goals of trainee well-being, career progression, and inclusive, sustainable surgical careers.
