Dr Teagan Fink is a General Surgery Trainee at The Royal Melbourne Hospital with a strong background in clinical practice, surgical education, and advocacy. A 2016 Melbourne Medical School graduate, she has worked across metropolitan and regional hospitals in Victoria and holds a Master of Surgery focused on quality improvement in surgical care. An Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Melbourne Medical School and a two-time Junior Teacher of the Year, Dr Fink is committed to surgical education. As the Chair of RACSTA, she advocates for trainee wellbeing, fair access to training, and a supportive, inclusive surgical workforce.
