Currently practicing as a service Orthopaedics Registrar in Western Australia, alongside an honorary academic appointment as Research Fellow in Orthopaedic Research at the University of Western Australia. Research metrics include an H-index of 11, 448 citations, and 20 peer-reviewed publications (six as first or corresponding author), in addition to 2 patents and one book chapter in orthopaedics. Recipient of the 2024 ANZORS Orthopaedics Innovation Award. Successfully led the commercial translation of a patented biomedical innovation as co-inventor and Head of Research, contributing to the establishment of Marine Biomedical Pty Ltd, the first med-tech company in regional northern WA. Extensive experience presenting at national and international scientific and clinical forums.
