Nick Williams is a general and bariatric surgeon working in regional NSW. His unit currently conducts the highest number of public bariatric cases in NSW. He is the current president of ANZMOSS. His work with the organisation has included endorsing various hospitals around Australia and NZ as centres of excellence for bariatric training.
