Josipa Petric, is SET1 general surgery registrar in ACT, and is concurrently undertaking a PhD to better understand patient preferences and cost effectiveness of a centralised service for the management of oesophageal cancer. Her career interests also extend to providing surgical care to patients in low resource and trauma settings, and she has a strong focus on surgery and research, with the aim of improving patient experiences and outcomes, and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health.
