Professional Bio
Dr. Joanneke Maitz is a surgeon-scientist in burns and reconstructive surgery with a strong focus in translational skin tissue engineering research. Dr. Maitz leads the Burns & Reconstructive Surgery Research Group at the ANZAC Research Institute of Concord Repatriation General Hospital and is a clinical senior lecturer at the University of Sydney.
