Beth is a General and Paediatric Surgeon based in Bendigo, Victoria. Having increasingly specialised over 20 years of practice in Australia to Breast and Paediatric Surgery she undertook a journey with her family to test her surgical limits in a remote surgical unit that works within the NHS model of care but serves a significant population that is physically cut off from the rest of the world for about 10 - 15 days each year.
