I am Callum Munns, I graduated from Monash University and am currently interning at Monash Health. As a student, I partook in cleft lip/palate surgical missions work in the Philippines, which shaped my interest in surgery. I have a particular surgical and research interest in craniofacial surgery, having presented three papers at the 2025 International Cleft Lip/Palate Conference in Kyoto, Japan. Also in 2025, I co-founded MedVectors, a software platform that leverages AI for improved surgical literature searching and text analysis. I am excited to continue working at the intersection of blending surgery, social justice and Artificial Intelligence.
