Dr. Bulang He (MB BS, MS, FRACS) is the director of Renal Surgery and Transplant at Austin Health and associate professor, The University of Melbourne. Most recently, his research interest is to establish ex vivo normothermic machine perfusion for increasing utilization of marginal donor kidneys and to improve transplant outcomes. He is immediate past chair of Transplant Section, Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He is also committee member of Donor Surgeon and Donor Coordinator Advisory Committee and Paediatric Transplant Advisory Committee, TSANZ. He has published over 70 peer reviewed studies and book chapters. He published a book Surgery for Kidney Transplantation.
