Dr Brian Meade is a specialist colorectal surgeon based in Brisbane with extensive experience in colorectal cancer surgery and advanced minimally invasive techniques, including robotic colorectal surgery. He completed colorectal fellowship training in the United Kingdom, working with Professor Bill Heald in Basingstoke and gaining additional experience in peritoneal surface malignancy surgery with internationally recognised leaders in the field. Dr Meade previously served as Director of the Colorectal Unit at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane and is widely respected for his expertise in complex colorectal surgery and his contribution to the adoption of robotic surgery in colorectal practice.
