Dr Bella Nguyen is a medical oncologist and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Western Australia, based in Perth. She has a strong interest in thyroid and head and neck cancers, with a particular focus on advanced and treatment-resistant disease. Dr Nguyen completed a PhD in translational biomarker research, and her work centres on improving outcomes for patients with rare and aggressive cancers through clinical trials and precision oncology. She is committed to equitable cancer care across diverse populations and locations, and is actively involved in medical education, mentoring, and collaborative research both locally and internationally.
