Junior doctor in WA Country Health Service’s ASPIRE pre-vocational program, training across Albany and Bunbury. I am an aspiring general surgeon with interests in breast and endocrine surgery and a strong commitment to rural practice. Raised in rural Victoria, my dedication was recognised as the 2019 Moira Shire Young Australian of the Year. I am completing a dual Masters of Global Health/Master of Health Leadership and Management to support sustainable rural surgical services. Former Vice Chair of the National Rural Health Student Network, with mentorship from former National Rural Health Commissioner Professor Ruth Stewart, I aim to contribute to evidence-based rural surgical training aligned with RACS workforce priorities.
